Do you tier clients using 1, 2, 3? Or Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum? Or maybe something else entirely? Whatever you use, Staircase can support!
Login, click the settings cog on the left side panel, open configurations and click 'tier'.
Add all desired tier names by clicking to 'add tier' and entering the tier name.
Note: You can add a customer's tier either manually in their settings page or pull it in from your CRM in the fields mapping section.
