Once you've configured the settings, open this report and sort the 'efficiency rate' column to see accounts flagged in red that exceed your efficiency threshold target. That should help provide a short-list for your CS management team to investigate why those customers are taking more team bandwidth than desired and optimize your customer engagement model and reset customer expectations where needed.
