Step 1
Login in, click the settings cog on the left side panel, open configurations and click 'journey phases'.
Step 2
Add all desired journey phases by clicking to 'add journey phase' and entering the desired title.
You can add a customer's journey phase either manually in their settings page or pull it in from your CRM.
