Journey Phases

Add your Customer Journey phases into Staircase to track key milestones and events as they progress through the lifecycle.

Map in your customer journey field from your CRM or Gainsight CS to see where customers are in their journey on the Staircase AI Lifecycle Timeline.

These steps must be completed by your Staircase AI Admin.

Step 1

Login to Staircase and click the cog on the left side panel to open Settings > Configurations > Fields > Account Fields.

Step 2

Click the ellipse to the right of the 'Journey phase' field and select to 'sync from provider'

A pop up will appear where you can map in your Gainsight CS or CRM field for Journey phase into Staircase. Fill out the into and click 'update'.

Step 3 - Optional

If desired, once you map in your own Journey phases from CRM, you can delete the out of the box labels under Settings > Configurations > Journey Phases. The OOTB labels are: acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and renewal. Those can be deleted as long as they are not in use as labels for any accounts that have been added to Staircase. Once you map in your CRM field, you'll see those options automatically added to this view.
