As a Staircase AI admin, you can manage access permissions for Gainsight support teams, grant temporary access (with an expiry date) or indefinite access to your account to facilitate troubleshooting, provide assistance, or enable development work.
Grant access
Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Support access (link)
Select the duration for support access from the drop-down.
Click Save
Revoke access
Once access has been granted you can revoke access at any time.
Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Support access (link)
Click revoke access, and confirm in the confirmation dialog
