You’ve grown to know and love our OOTB insights that fuel the Executive Dashboard cards & Staircase notifications. Now it’s your turn to drive!

Want to quickly see which accounts are up for renewal in the next quarter but haven’t logged in or spoken to your team in 30+ days? Or which accounts are in the onboarding phase with a low sentiment score?

Work with your Staircase AI admin to create your own custom insights to monitor for signals of risk and opportunity in your customer base. Those insights then power additional executive dashboard cards and Slack/Teams/email notifications for your team to action.

🤖 NEW Metrics! NRR/GRR

Staircase AI automatically calculates your NRR & GRR and displays them on the Executive Dashboard.

Required for accuracy: up-to-date & accurate revenue + renewal dates, renewal events, and (optional but strongly advised) maintain churned accounts in Staircase for up to 6 months.

🧠 Renewal Status Report

Set the time filter to this or next quarter to see a list of all customers up for renewal in that time period and the renewal outcome: renewed, needs renewal, churned. Along with Staircase AI’s churn or renewal summary*

*Where enough data is available to generate one

🔦 Prospect Loss Analysis Report

Taking a page from our ‘Churn Analysis’ report, the new Prospect* Loss Analysis report provides a prioritized list and AI overview of why your prospect deals aren’t closing.

*If applicable, talk to Kate about adding prospects to your Staircase AI commercial agreement.

📍 Relationship Summary

Added another AI summary to Staircase. This one summarizes the relationship between two people based on their recent conversations. Just head to any heat map view, click on the relationship indicator (r/y/g dot) and the summary will pop up along with all the recent comms between those two people.

🚀 Staircase AI ROI: Insights Over Time

Want to see the results of your team actioning the Staircase data and (hopefully!) moving into a more proactive approach to your CS program? Check the new widget on the Executive Dashboard (click to ‘edit’ the dashboard to add this widget if you don’t see it) and select any insight to see a week-over-week look at how the number of accounts associated with that insight is trending up or down.

*Data will show from the end of April 2024 and moving forward.

💧Little Drops, Great Ripples

  • Parent/Child: Mirroring the CRM - Staircase AI now displays a ‘parent account’ column in the table overview based on your CRM account hierarchy. Currently for visibility purposes but we are hard at work creating a more robust parent/child feature set.

  • More languages than English are now supported for specific insights! Extremely negative/highly positive & churn/risk messages.

  • Think Staircase AI’s auto detection of stakeholder titles from email signatures is more accurate than what you have on your CRM? You can now write back stakeholder titles from Staircase AI to your CRM contact record to overwrite potentially stale or inaccurate data. Ask your CRM admin and Staircase admin to work together to map the field back to your CRM.

  • You can now add notes to any account page as well as see the ‘last note’ in the Account Overview table. If you don’t see the notes widget on the account page, click the select widget button (4 squares) to add it.
