Connect Staircase to your Freshdesk account for visibility into client support tickets and related insights. This set up requires both admin permissions to Staircase AI and Freshdesk.

Step 1

Login to your Freshdesk account, navigate to "Profile Setting" and click "View API Key" button. Copy the key.

Step 2

Login to Staircase AI, navigate to settings -> integrations and select the Freshdesk card from the list.

Enter your organization's Freshdesk subdomain and the API key copied in the previous step.

Click "Connect"

Staircase AI will now fetch the tickets and associate them with the relevant account.
