Connect Google Meet™ with Staircase AI to analyze call transcripts.
Step 1 (Google Workspace Admin)
Install the application from the Google marketplace. As a workspace admin install the app available on this link - https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/staircase_ai_for_google_meet/533071866735
During installation, you'll select a security group or organization unit for the app. We recommend using the same group as email and calendar sync.
Step 2 (Staircase AI Admin)
In Staircase AI settings, go to integrations, click "Connect" on "Google Meet" card. If the app was installed correctly, you'll receive confirmation.
Please note: This step needs to be completed by someone belonging to the user group that's being connected to Staircase AI.
