Make onboarding your customer facing teams a breeze with a domain install for Staircase. Eliminating the need for each user to grant permissions individually and/or having to reset permissions each time their password is changed.

Any team member included in the domain install list will have their communications (email/calendar) automatically onboarded into Staircase. Should that team member also need access to Staircase, an invitation can be sent to them from inside Staircase.

The following steps should be completed by someone with both email admin and Staircase admin permissions.

Step 1

Login to Staircase and click the cog symbol in the left-hand bar to open up your Integrations panel. Click on the Google card.

Step 2

If you're a Google workspace admin - click on the "Staircase AI app" link and install it.

If you're not a Google Workspace admin - click "ask you admin" link to share the instructions with her.

You can install the app by clicking on the following link

When installing the application in Google Workspace, you can choose to automatically install it for the entire organization, a specific group, or an organizational unit. Make sure to select the appropriate option.

Note: Only "security" groups are shown for selection in the group option.

Step 3

Go back to Staircase AI

Click the "Connect" button. If the configuration was successful, you will see a success notice.
