Make onboarding your customer-facing teams a breeze with a Google domain install for Staircase AI. Eliminating the need for each user to grant permissions individually and/or having to reset permissions each time their password is changed.

Any team member included in the domain install list will have their communications (email/calendar) automatically onboarded into Staircase AI. Should that team member also need access to Staircase AI, an invitation can be sent to them from inside Staircase AI.

Step 1

If you're a Google workspace admin - click on the "Staircase AI app" link from this page and install it.

If you're not a Google Workspace admin - click "ask you admin" link to share the instructions with them.

When installing the application in Google Workspace, Make sure to select the appropriate option. You can choose to automatically install it for the entire organization (not recommended! this will sync your entire org's inboxes to Staircase), a specific group (best practice, select your customer-facing team(s)), or an organizational unit.

Note: Only "security" groups are shown for selection in the group option.

Step 2

Your Staircase admin can now login to Staircase AI and click the Settings cog symbol in the left-hand bar to open up your Integrations panel. Click on the Google card. Click the "Connect" button. If the configuration was successful, you will see a success notice.

Note

Directory sharing must be "on" for the sync to work.
