Steps to sync Zendesk support tickets to Staircase

Connect Staircase to your Zendesk account for visibility into client support tickets and related insights. This set up requires both admin permissions to Staircase AI and Zendesk.

Step 1

Login and click the cog from the left side panel to open Integrations settings.

Step 2

Click the 'Zendesk' card, enter your Zendesk subdomain (most commonly what's before .zendesk in the url) and 'Connect'.

You're now connected!

To Remove this Connection

Navigate back to the Integrations settings page, click the Zendesk card, and 'Disconnect'.

Staircase is no longer connected to Zendesk.
